License Provisioning & Automation

Cloudino operates an automated licensing gateway powered by direct API sync with Google Cloud. Licenses purchased through this storefront are dispatched immediately upon transaction clearance via Shopify.

You are responsible for providing an eligible, valid corporate domain name for proper Google Workspace activation.

Billing & Subscription Cycles

We offer subscription models for Google Workspace license allocations. Billing terms are displayed before checkout and payment confirmation.

• Monthly Cycle: billed every 30 days. Plan changes or seat reductions apply to the next billing cycle.
• Yearly Cycle: billed upfront for 12 months. Additional seats added in the middle of a billing period may be charged on a pro-rata model.

Taxes & VAT/GST Compliance

All pricing metrics on our public portal are subject to local tax structures. In accordance with Singapore regulatory structures, Goods and Services Tax (GST) may be calculated and applied at the final checkout summary before payment routing.

Service Suspension & Grace Periods

If an automated license renewal transaction fails, our management portal may issue high-priority alerts.

If unpaid within the designated grace period, your organization domain seats may be suspended through Google API control layers. Cloudino is not liable for operational limits during an active account suspension.

Revisions of Terms

Cloudino reserves the right to modify these licensing terms to match evolving Google Cloud API policies or Singapore commerce regulations.

Continued usage of our seat allocation dashboard signifies acceptance of revised policies.
