This Privacy Policy explains how Cloudino collects, processes, protects, and uses information during Google Workspace ordering, domain verification, licensing, and automated provisioning workflows.

Singapore PDPA Compliance

Cloudino operates in accordance with Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) requirements. Organization endpoints, domain ownership records, administrative email scopes, and configuration information submitted during setup are processed only for official Google Workspace seat allocation, order processing, license provisioning, and related customer support.

Information We Collect & How We Use It

To deliver Google Workspace ordering, domain verification, and license provisioning workflows, Cloudino may process the following information:

  • Corporate contact information: names, company details, billing contact information, and customer communication details submitted through Shopify checkout, Cloudino forms, or Cloudino support channels.
  • Order and billing information: selected Google Workspace plan, number of licenses, billing term, order status, and transaction confirmation records handled through Shopify.
  • Business domain information: domain names submitted for eligibility checks and Google Workspace provisioning.
  • Support information: information you provide when contacting Cloudino for trial requests, order support, license provisioning, billing assistance, or account-related questions.

Payment processing and checkout workflows are handled through Shopify and its supported payment service providers. Cloudino does not directly store sensitive payment card details.

Data Protection & Security

Cloudino uses Shopify to support secure storefront, checkout, payment, and order management workflows. Shopify provides established commerce infrastructure for handling customer orders, checkout sessions, and payment-related processes.

Cloudino does not directly store sensitive payment card information. Payment-related data is processed through Shopify and the payment providers supported within the Shopify checkout flow.

Cloudino only uses the order, domain, and license information necessary to verify domain eligibility, process Google Workspace orders, provision licenses, and provide customer support.

Cloudino does not store or inspect your internal Google Workspace emails, files, documents, chat messages, or private user content.

Third-Party Services & API Processing

Cloudino may use third-party services such as Shopify and Google APIs to complete order, checkout, domain verification, and Google Workspace provisioning workflows.

Shopify is used for storefront, checkout, payment processing, and order management. Google APIs may be used to verify domain eligibility and support Google Workspace license provisioning.

Cloudino does not sell, trade, or lease customer information to non-affiliated entities for marketing campaigns.

Access and Correction Rights

As a verified customer, you may request to review, update, or correct relevant account, billing, order, or provisioning records associated with your organization.

Some order, checkout, and payment-related records may be managed within Shopify or by Shopify-supported payment providers. Where applicable, Cloudino will help guide you to the appropriate support process.

For privacy-related requests, please contact Cloudino support. We may need to authenticate your request before releasing or updating account information.
